I hope it help someone. One of the fix I found in reducing cortisol is by sleeping alone. Waking up at night because of yr partner snoring or going to the toilet raise my cortisol extremely high. I'm a light sleeper.
Trying to avoid chronic stress or even distress is extremely difficult - why? Because sadly, we live in a world that burns people like coal and oil; which is why most workplaces have "Human Resources" - the explanation is in the name!
High cortisol sucks! I would get tired around 4-5pm then amp up around 10-11 pm. Go to bed then I wake up up at 3:30 am dang near every nite. To help with high cortisol I started taking Ashwaganda, L-Theanine, GABA, Melatonin, cut back on carbs, started grounding, started going out first thing after sunrise and sun gaze and get 20-30 minutes of first morning sunlight, started going out into nature and all of these have helped me lower my cortisol. I survived tonsil, tongue and lymph node cancer, chemo and radiation have damaged me and I will most likely will be trying to heal for the rest of my life, and that’s okay, I’m GRATEFUL to just be alive and still with my family. Everyone try and remember we came to earth to learn lessons and complete missions. All that we are going through will pass. We will make it back home and be LOVED AND HEALED, so keep being LOVE AND LIGHT and I’ll see ya’ll on the other side. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
At 32 years old I've stressed too much for my lifetime. Im gonna start enjoying life and be as relaxed as I can be. No use in being all health obsessed but stressed so much I ruin it
