After I follow you 3 years ago, I made the best decision in my life. When you mentioned bone broth is good for you, I went to a local grass-fed farm and buy beef bones, meats, ox tails, eggs. I make Vietnamese noodle soup Pho with them. I heal myself and feed my kids. They love it and can eat it everyday. After eating, everyone is happy and kids play nice to each others. No sugar or msg added. I don't eat Pho at restaurants, because they use sugar and msg to enhance flavor and they remove a lot of fats, collagen.

At 63 I struggled with knee pain after a meniscus tear. What helped me most was a routine I learned from a rehab PT. On advice from here I started eating blueberries occasionally. Unfortunately, this week a report found that fresh blueberries sold in Australia have dimethoate residue because they're sprayed with it routinely. I had no idea. Even organic berries had traces of dimethoate. So that's the end of the blueberries for me. I've bought a blueberry plant and will try growing them instead.

Bone broth is true ❤..2 years ago i was admitted to hospital Covid ward and developed pneumonia..was so sick but after the 10th day in hospital i started having home cooked bone broth every meal, thanks to my friend who cooked different bone broth for me daily for a whole month. I started feeling strong 2 weeks after taking bone broth daily ❤..grateful 🙏 and i now often make bone broth ..
