I lost 30kg in 10 weeks simply by cutting out bread and potatoes and sugar. I eat one meal a day now, sometimes I will have a snack during the day. Eating whole foods fish, veg, eggs, I do walking and exercise each day but I don't go crazy. 10 weeks I went from 130kg to 100kg. These videos should be seen by everyone. Brilliant ❤

I saw one of Dr. Sten's videos about giving up bread on the 26th of March 2023. I was 115 kgs at the time and 175 cm. The weight dropped quite quickly. I then gave up rice, potatoes, and pasta. More weight came off. Then, I gave up sugar, milk, beer, seed oils and ultra processed foods. (As much as possible, they're everywhere) I haven't missed my previous diet at all, and I'm now at 83 kgs. I also walk between 8 and 10 kms a day. I'm 69 and I feel better than I did in my 30s. Thanks, Doc.

It's amazing how your hunger seems to go away when you eat only meat and fat.
I fasted for 3days then ate 1 day then fasted for 4 days then ate 1 day then fasted 3 days again, it was extremely difficult, i was extremely tired and dizzy, I couldn't even think deeply, i could only stay at bed and barely able to go toilet, i was in deep craving , hungry come and go but gone by first 3 days and became light after, hunger was least issue/problem. After around 15 days , I no longer became tired , I would run and go gym while fasted for 3 days, i completely lost all my craving and I just didn't get hungry no matter how long I fast, I always sharp and energetic as I was when I used to eat 3 times/day, it felt super great, I'm really happy to finally be insulin sensitive and not always hungry or tired or craving sugar, it was extremely hard in the start but if you can endure the start, it will be all ups after that
