What I really like about Sten is his lack of hype. I particularly like the emphasis that food is not medicine, but rather that by eating good food, you won't need any medicine.

This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. I am a new follower of Dr.Ekberg . All my life i struggled with weight gain and some hormonal imbalance. I tried everything to lose weight . Most of the methods didn't work and sometimes they worked but i gained back all the lost weight in no time . I was very hesitant to follow this . Because i firmly believed that nothing would work for me. But his explanations were so good that i tried to gave it a try and im glad that i did. I have been on high fat low carb no sugar Omad for a month . In 1 month i lost 8 pounds and a lot of inches . People already telling me that i look at least 5 years younger . All this change happened in one month !!!
