I have been taking 1 TSP Turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 TSP coconut oil and 1 TSP honey for about 10 years. I put it in a cup of boiling water and drink first thing in the morning. I have no health issues and take no chronic meds. I am 76 and not overweight. I took it for brain health and it has worked well to improve my memory.

I’ve been in a wheelchair for 32 years. My shoulders had been experiencing severe pain for many years that I thought would require surgery to improve. 5 years ago I started taking a 1000mg capsule with black pepper daily. Within 2 months I was completely pain free. I stopped taking it after a year and the pain returned within a month so I started taking it again and remain pain free. I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome in 2012 in both hands and was told I need surgery to correct it. To my surprise turmeric has also relieved that for me too. It would take 2 to 3 hours to get full feeling in my hands every morning. I have no carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms now. I call turmeric a miracle food, at least for me it is.

i started turmeric powder with coconut milk and fenugreek and pepper a month ago, almost everyday. also almost everyday, cayenne \ginger tea drink and cacao milk in the morning for antiinflammatory work on my body. since last month i feel more powerful, to do more work at home and go out and do things, talk more loud and confidently, no pain in my body in my bones and muscles. i feel like a new person, its strange but i welcome it. i got into it from youtube videos like u do, and bought powders off of amazon. i'm happy with the result, was worth the effort of making drinks everyday.
