My friend got a skin disease on his face where it was peeling and was pink and sore when he got back from being deployed to Afghanistan back in 2011. It was painful and sensitive all the time. Navy medicine gave him all the cream and pills for it but did not work. He researched that eating a clove 3 times a day could help with skin conditions. After 2 weeks he was healed where traditional medicine could not. Rest in peace Jared. 🙏
I have always used raw garlic instead of antibiotics for sinus infections and bronchitis. I crush it and put it in warm soup, not hot and let it steep for a few minutes to mellow out. I have this soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner about 10 days or until systems are gone. Garlic crushes it! I also got hepatitis c from a blood transfusion 40 years ago. By taking garlic, my liver never got sick. The Lord has healed this condition and now I have an anti virus for hepatitis c. I'm going to try to start this garlic water 30 challenge for even more benefits. I grow my own garlic, very easy to grow. This year I harvested 160 large, organic bulbs. Great medicine.
