Been going to physical therapy since 2017 different ones in the city I noticed that they will always tell me to not go on YouTube and the others sites looking for help.. Dr. Ekberg, I wanted to tell you! Early July, 2024, I was diagnosed morbidly obese, 308 lbs, with HTN and diabetes and fatty liver. I went on strict KETO, OMAD. By early November/2024, I lost 82 lbs., BP went from 187/107, to 94/54, HTN cured. A1C and sugars are normal, diabetes cured. Weight, 308 lbs. to 226 lbs., obesity going away. Fatty liver on its way out. Sir, you helped me make this happen, thank you…from an old vet, retired in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
I'm in my twenties and I've been watching your videos for over a year now and I can't help but notice how the majority of your viewers and people in the comments are over 30-40. It really makes you realize how much most people start caring about health the older they get after experiencing some consequences of bad health decisions during their lives. I'm so glad that Dr Ekberg mentioned that ice cream is his weakness and he controls his consumption buy not keeping it around the house. This is great advice because I find that it lot easier to say no to the bad food at the store than when it's staring you right in the face at home.

I've struggled with severe rashes and "eczema" and diabetes-like problemsfor decades, eliminated sugar and gluten but but have come to realize SEED OILS have been the biggest problem
I got a nutritionist after becoming pregnant and they heavily recommended cereal. I don't eat cereal though because I know they are not healthy. They also recommended fruit juices. Another thing I don't consume. So I am not sure what the American nutrition system is doing.
