One of your FINEST updates. 73 years old. I have daily, wild blueberries, garlic, natural raised chicken eggs, Xtra virgin olive oil, walnuts, Greek yogurt, sardines. I work 2-3 days a week and keep moving with daily walks with light weights. NO inflammation and free from aches and pains, Life is good.
