As a 'member of the public' thank you for taking a chance and protecting the rest of us from a similar experience.

Screen lag while in reverse?! That might be the worst thing I've ever heard about a modern car.

If carmax says dump it, potential buyers should run too.

Such a shame that a mechanically decent vehicle has been crippled by software.

As an owner, I will point out you were using the key fob wrong. The NFC reader is on the left hand side where the logo is. Also there is a person out there who is selling additional key fobs and NFC cards so I now have 2 fobs and 2 cards. Makes me feel a little better, but the water pump recall is not great since there is no one to replace the pumps and if they go bad, the car goes into limp mode. How can it go bad? Just driving with heat on. Not a big deal here in Colorado where it never gets cold. I love driving this car, but it gives me daily nightmares of the possibility of breaking and not having support. The FOA is doing amazing things and making progress. Grateful for the volunteers there doing all the work

It's clear that our time with the Fisker Ocean was a disappointment, with its buggy software and many livability issues giving us headaches. And on top of that, the company is now bankrupt, leaving owners in the lurch. If you owned an Ocean, what would you try to do with it at this point? Sell it like us, or something more creative? Let us know in the comments below!

When I originally heard Magna was building the Ocean, I actually had a lot of hope it wouldn’t be so buggy and may last…. Boy was I wrong 😂

It’s really fortunate for VW they launch iD vehicles during covid and the shortages that came with it. Most of the issue Fisker Ocean has is what 2021 VW iD4 had until 2023.

_"glass quarter full"_ That cracked me up. Perfect summary. There's one on BaT now and the FOA is doing a spectacular job saving the remains of this ambitious project.
