I don’t know if mine was calcified but I took iodine and instantly brain fog was gone. But that maybe was thyroid? But I also have better dreams and vision (vision like of the future. Innovations. Etc. I have over 10 patents. Entrepreneur. Many world firsts in my industry). I’m hyper connected to my wellbeing.
7:40 supplement protocol
The protocol is based on three main pillars: 1. Improving Calcium Handling (3:51): Rather than just taking supplements, this involves building a functional system. Key nutrients include Magnesium (to keep calcium soluble), Vitamin K2 (to move calcium into bones), Boron, and proper Vitamin D levels (6:15). Strength training is also recommended to encourage calcium usage in bones (7:30). 2. Reducing Neuroinflammation (9:05): Calcification is linked to inflammation in the brain activated by the NLRP3 inflammosome (9:33). To combat this, the speaker suggests incorporating polyphenols from foods like capers, red onions, blueberries, and turmeric (10:52). 3. Improving Brain Detox (11:52): Activating the glymphatic system, the brain's cleanup crew, is essential. This system is most active during deep, slow-wave sleep, making good sleep hygiene crucial for long-term brain maintenance (13:00). Additionally, the speaker highlights the role of iodine in displacing fluoride (8:21), but warns against high doses without selenium (8:42).
This topic is something that has been most true and important to me for the last 13 years now - avoid chlorine (and derivatives), fluoride, carbonates, and phosphates. Calcifying agents • The pineal gland located in the center of the brain is responsible for producing and secreting melatonin: the circadian rhythm hormone that causes the sleep-wake cycle (energy during day, tired at night) • The degree of calcification (mineral buildup) on imaging is directly correlated with a decrease in the amount of melatonin secreted due to impairing the function of pinealocytes: the specialized cells responsible for synthesising and secreting melatonin from the pineal gland into the bloodstream. This can cause trouble falling, staying, and getting deep sleep, as well as decreased stimulation of metabolism during the day for energy production • Pineal calcification is also associated with chronic conditions like Alzheimer's and migraines, as well as fatigue, brain fog, and decreased cognitive/mental function • The pineal gland (located outside the blood-brain barrier and has one of the highest blood flows in the body) contains calcium-phosphate that forms into hydroxyapatite crystals (the same mineral that forms bone and teeth). This highly attracts agents including: fluoride (strongest attraction), chlorine breakdown products (e.g., THMs, HAAs), calcium, and phosphates, that accumulate and form deposits called corpora arenacea (pineal sand) (pineal gland calcification) • Pineal gland calcification in human ancestors was a slower, gradual accumulation over a lifetime due to dietary calcium and phosphate, and no exposure to strong accelerating agents like fluoride and chlorine byproducts. Therefore, the rate can be significantly slowed by eliminating exposure to these agents Calcifying agent sources • Fluoride: toothpaste, unfiltered water • Chlorine: unfiltered water, swimming pools (absorbed six times faster through skin than drinking) (good YouTube video: ewswater: chlorine in tap water watch how fast it absorbs into your skin (two minutes)) • Calcium: e.g., calcium carbonate (chalk): fortified products including white flour, supplements • Phosphates: food additive in processed foods (e.g., sodium phosphate, disodium phosphate) (these inorganic phosphates are nearly 100% absorbed by the body, unlike the less-absorbed organic phosphate found naturally in whole foods)
Magnesium L-Threonate, is the form of magnesium that is considered best for penetrating the blood brain barrier.
