I love low carb. I crave protein, fat and salt. I've been like this since childhood. I never liked carbs.

I used to eat as he recommends. I had fibromyalgia, terrible constipation, IBS, interstitial cystitis (bladder pain) and low grade anemia. Fiber caused the IBS with constipation. Oxalates and phytic acid caused the fibromyalgia, bladder pain, trigger fingers, and mineral deficiencies (anemia). When I quit the leafy greens and other veg all of that went away. I also limit black and green tea due to oxalates. The only veg I eat now is baked acorn or butternut squash. Squash is similar to fruits as far as containing antinutrients.
