The main pieces described are: a mildly ketogenic, plant-rich diet with prebiotics and probiotics, aimed at improving insulin sensitivity, detox support, and gut microbiome health exercise, including both strength training and aerobics, to improve insulin sensitivity, blood flow, and oxygenation sleep optimization reducing stress and improving HRV brain training and brain stimulation, including photobiomodulation and BrainHQ detox work targeted supplements used to support specific deficiencies or problems, not presented as a cure by themselves testing for and treating infections where found, such as viruses or tick-borne illnesses; the transcript mentions some people receiving valacyclovir for nine months identifying and reducing toxins, especially mycotoxin/mold exposure from water-damaged buildings, and using binders such as cholestyramine, bentonite clay, and support for glutathione/detox pathways So in plain English, the treatment in the transcript is: diet + exercise + sleep + stress reduction + brain training + supplements + treating infections + removing toxin exposures

Probably all bullshit. The only people thatβll be able to afford it will be the filthy rich because itβs gonna come from big Pharma who we all know are the biggest crooks and money grubbing liars on the planet.
They cut the trees too early and don't allow the sap to cure. I'm sure there's a better way of telling this but....lumber from the 1950's was denser...more water resistant. Inspections don't examine the porous quality of lumber. Some inspectors don't even carry moisture readers! It's also in loose insulation fibers that hold moisture - that idea also jeeds rethinking. Thank you Jessee another exciting day for medical advancement
So excited you are a fellow Canadian doing a fantastic job!!! Thank you and you always ask great and informative questions. π
Interesting take on this in a book which was nothing to do with the subject; Flirting with French. The author felt, in the end, that his French was still lousy but what was amazing was jump in memory has skyrocketed. He was found to be above average in 8 out of 10 categories. So it seems stretching the brain as well as the body keeps everything humming.ππ
I wonder if there is a qualitative way of rating the various causes of cognitive decline, combined with the practicality of what an individual can do about it? Let's assume we are talking about mild cognitive impairment or situations where people realize reasonably early that something's going on with their memory. For example, and I'm making this up, it might say Metabolic Health 80/95. That would mean metabolic health has an 80% contribution to cognitive decline along with a 95% chance that an individual can do something about it. Genetics might be rated as 5/25, meaning there's a 5% chance you inherited the "wrong" genes along with a 25% chance that you can take steps to manage that. Exercise might be 50/70, meaning the cognitive problem was 50% due to not doing adequate exercise and a 70% chance that you could choose to maintain a regular exercise schedule if you make the effort. Those are just a few examples that I've made up to illustrate the idea.
Exciting treatment! Thank you!
The AMA and pharmaceutical companies are interested in $$$ ONLY... period. This and other studies will ALWAYS be kept on the down low.
