Diagnosed as Pre-diabetic ,my formerly obese doctor advised me to eat more meat and less carbs. As I did not want my feet chopped off I complied. That was over 7 years ago. Recent A1C 5.2. I also Strength train. Thanks for the Intel. 🏊🏻🏋🏻‍♂️✨️🏊🏻

The worse thing I did recently was I changed my diet to keto and after a month I told my doctor and after a blood test she informed me I had foamy urine. The beginning of diabetic nephopathy. Interestingly, I changed to a kidney friendly diet and soon noticed my blood pressure had dropped to a normal level. Yes, personal stories are very important. I hope you can interview a nephrologist soon, Jesse ❤❤❤
