I am a retired physician. Dr Jamnadas loses $50-100k, every time he prevents one of his patients from ultimately need a heart cath and stents, from him! And he seems to work so hard with them. I hope l can meet this man, one day.

This is my 4 th day after I watched doctors interview with Steve (the diary of a ceo ),I think this is life changing I do one meal a day and after 9 days I will do 3 days with one meal after that every 36 hours 1 meal . It is been 23 years I am trying every single diet type ,this is the best so far ,the results are so fast you don’t need weeks to see or feel it ,feelings ,sleeping are great and for weight loss I am loosing a pound aday from 213 to 209 exactly a lb aday ,,first 3 days were hard but today is good . It is all mind set ,if I can do it you can do it , from more than 3 meals and non stop snaking and consuming sugar to 1 meal ,no snack no sugar at all and the meal no bread no rice no sugar. I am sharing this to give you motivation ,your health worth it to push yourself. do it you are not alone in your journey . good luck .

I’m on day 5 of a water fast and these videos are good motivation
Dr J is the Truth! along with cutting out sugar - cookies, candy, cakes, pies, fruit juice; drinking at least 60oz of water (still working on that) a bid green salad packed with veggies everyday, protein rich foods, and no eating after 6:30pm. Oh! and walking at least a mile, when I can, after each meal. In 6 weeks went from 197 to 178. I feel GREAT!!! It’s a matter of making up your mind to do this. I feel so much better I can’t go back to the old ways.
