I have not found a doctor who is as concerned about my blood sugar as I am, so much so that I added Berberine to help keep my morning blood sugar below 100. I am 79, but my life is valuable enough that I want it to be the best it can be. Why don't doctors care? I'm active, but not because I was encouraged to be. On a recent visit to my PCP he entered the room with, "Finally someone who is not fat, everyone I have seen this morning is overweight.". I was speechless.
When I carry sardines to eat in public, I use 2 Ziploc bags and a plastic spoon. I put the can, spoon and second bag into the first bag. When I open the sardines, they often spirt oil. That stays in the bag. Then I eat it in the bag. When I'm done, I zip the bag and put it into the second bag to prevent the smell wafting out and put it in the trash. People don't even know the sardines were around.
This needs to be taught over and over again to young people in school!

I loved your book and have followed you for years but never done this. My ketones and morning glucose has responded so quickly. I needed this metabolic reset. 🥰🙏🏼🥰
thank you , this absolutely works i am 78 i have been insulin resistant for over 60 years joints with pain for 50 years, i tried the sardines after only 32 hours i am pain free unbelievable but true. i am a real person, this actually works thank Dr box,please try this.

Only learned this in 2025 and this year I have made some small changes. Listen to this, its real and if your metabolic health is not confirmed follow this advice from this advice in this video. I cycle 200 km pw min some weeks over 350. RHR looks great but blood glucose is way too high. 1. Cut Liquor and saw some changes 2. Introduce fish almost daily (Tuna, Salmon, Sardines) more changes 3. Cut sugar and sweets more changes 4. Cut diet anything more changes including rubbish sodas and flavoured anything 5. Cut Carbs and enter Keto… Within a week brain gone with clarity is remarkable and sleeping is at another level. I want to shout this to anyone but I feel and look better than in the last decade. Good luck with discovering it for yourself💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🥳🥳
