I’m a medical expert, and ‘Real Health Is Simple’ by Julian Marks is one of the few books I suggest everyone read. It’s that powerful and eye-opening
I made a neat Alkaline drink using ..Lemons...Ginger.. Cucumber...Mint....And it did me GOOD...Even better than coffee..
I jumped onto your channel in 2016 you helped me so much with keto knowledge… you deserve all your success man you explain this stuff like a brain surgeon 👏
1. Increased Flavanoids: berries, chocolate, rooibos tea, 2. Decrease Inflammation by omega 3 supplementation 3. Reduce glucose load on pancreas with ACV, fiber and protein. 4. Stimulate insulin production via insulin receptivity by magnesium supplementation 400-600mg 5. Improve exocrine function by Collagen, bone broth and improve gut microbiome. Avoid polysorbates. 6. Water with ginger. Add ginger to your diet in any way possible. 7. Help liver detoxify with NAC and glutathione.
Wait—rooibos tea can actually reverse beta-cell damage? 🤯 I rewound to 3:15 to make sure I heard that right—anyone here tried it with ACV or omega-3s yet?
This is the most comprehensive breakdown I’ve seen on pancreatic repair and insulin resistance. The part about oxidative stress and beta cell protection with rooibos tea blew my mind. I’ve been adding ginger tea and omega-3s lately, but I didn’t realize how critical NAC and magnesium are too. 🙌 🔥 The tip about apple cider vinegar as a short-term “damage control” strategy is underrated. That plus smart protein timing could be a game-changer. 🧠 The way this video connected gut health, fat-soluble vitamins, and enzyme function was next-level. Truly a systems-thinking approach to fixing the root issue. 🎯 Anyone here tried pairing ginger water with a high-fiber, low-glucose meal? I’m testing that combo this week to support beta cell function naturally. Let’s trade ideas — what’s working best for you?
I read this as Fix The Pancakes! 😂
excellent presentation, green tea and chamomile has stronger evidence of protecting the pancreas than rooibos at this point...so whichever you want to drink is fine. Infact just a high polyphenol diet is supportive of the pancreas.
Thank you so much for this video. You must have seen my message.
Thank you Thomas,! It is great to see someone who obviously practices what he preaches.
