Much love Mark! Only thing I must say is that the second place "숙성도" has became more of a tourist trap than a nice place to eat.... over the years I really felt that they lacked flavor 🙃

I watched a documentary about the farming of Jeju Black Pork. Everything from their feed to free range fields to butchery is all kept at a meticulously high level. It is no wonder it is so renowned. Mark thank you for making such a thoroughly researched and respectful series. Btw the thin Mu (Korean radish) slices can be layered just on top of lettuce in a wrap or just by itself with the meat.

Jeju is top-tier! 3 visits in, and I'm already craving Black Pork with Soju again. Pure bliss! 🇰🇷🥩

The level of service in these Jeju restaurants is simply outstanding. If the service level were any higher, they'd be chewing the food for you too!😂

I was in S Korea once. And barbeque was f... awesome there! Excellent 10/10 food! Never visited Jeju unfortunately but Busan and Seoul are still amazing.
