Dave Ramsey always says no is a complete sentence. One of the best quotes !
I found Mel in 2025. So grateful. 🌷
I am an almost 78 yr old full time caregiver to my husband of 58+ yrs who has had five strokes…2of them were major. Although his deficits are minor compared to some, his balance and endurance are very poor. He fell yesterday and went to the ER (he received 7 staples to a bad scalp laceration. I am a retired RN which has helped me so much in caring for him. But I am tired, overwhelmed and so often unkind. I hate being like this. No one who hasn’t experienced this understands what it’s like and I just want to handle things better. I have a deep faith in God and that helps, but I feel I don’t rely on Him enough for peace and direction. Your You Tube vid Ed is have helped a lot as has your book “The Let Them Theory”. I love my husband very much. We have 3 wonderful supportive children who are grown with families of their own and they all live in different areas. Thank you for your encouragement and may God bless you as you continue to share insightful life lessons. ❤️
This is like a hug from a friend when I feel like I’m trying to keep everyone else’s sky from falling. Thank you xx
I have suffered with anxiety and depression for 60 years. My doctor told me about you and your series Let Them. You have made a HUGE difference in the quality of my life. Thank you!
BEST PODCAST START FOR 2026!!❤ THANK YOU!
Mel, one of my favorite phrases is,"I will not be a victim of your poor planning!" Feel free to use it!!
25:27 I'm not going to lie I'm standing in the kitchen making my handicapped mom and my kid breakfast crying listening to this..thank you
Mel is a fresh of breath air of common sense and just keeps it real. I can tell she know because she has gone through it. Warrior !
I was having a tough morning, feeling a bit discouraged about research funding. I put your podcast on while working on a grant application, and within 10 minutes I felt lighter. There’s something really powerful about your voice and message. Thank you for what you do, Mel.
