Buy the best quality food you can get. Lentils Dry fruits. Blueberries Apricots. Tuna. Pickles.
Oh my goodness another great episode! Not to brag but I’m Greek and I was introduced to all these foods from birth😂. My parents both in their 90s still going strong. My mom was always working outside in her garden, used to shovel the snow in the winter, she always looked for opportunities to be outside. Made her own tomato sauce and had a great morning routine of reading the Bible and being grateful. And always kept her house clean and organized, home cooked her food and she went to work. I’m trying to be like her but sometimes I’m exhausted. And she also raised 4 children. Amazing!! Thank you Mel for all your great guests!❤❤❤❤
My husband reversed his non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, asthma, and pre-diabetes eating a whole food plant-based diet. That was 6 years ago, and we're still going strong!
