Mel, this may be the most important life line you've ever thrown your audience. I've been following a fasting proticol for years now. The anti aging promises are true. I'm am 64 and am faster, stronger, and have more endurance than the typical teenager. Last week, I beat my 32 year old son in a sprint(He is an EMT and is in pretty good shape). I'm no jock, just a retired salesman. I love that you are targeting women with this knowledge. I have not been able to teach my wife to follow my formula. But now I have Mel Robbins on the job. I will listen and learn for the woman that means the world to me.

Hey Mel: FYI. This is Day 60 of my intermittent fasting lifestyle change. I am a forever plump, usually depressed, belly fat, double chin food addict who has had NO cravings, NO sugar or processed foods, No cheating and NO brain fog for the last 45 days. My eating window is 11am until 7pm, but now I can go even longer. Like, some days, I don't even eat until 1 or 2pm and that's it for the day--NO Dinner! I feel great and I've lost chin and gained neck. My big Belly has gone gone down so much that I can almost see my toes. This really works! My clothes are falling off and I am finally not at war with my underwear. By the way, I'm 73 years old and this is the only eating plan that has worked this long. I'm staying with it ( don't want cancer or Dementia!) Really enjoyed Dr. Mindy and I love your Podcast. Thanks, Eleanor

I do 18 hours of fasting and 6 hours of eating and it has changed my life after 90 days I'm fitting back into old clothes without all that belly fat and in a bikini again. What I noticed is I stopped snacking and mindless eat it and I felt much better and my brain fog started to leave. Once you do it and get over the mindset that it's hard it's so much easier. I am 50 years old also so it can work

It doesn't start when you go to bed. It starts after your last bite of food. Have an eating window from noon to 6 pm, you are fasting from 6 pm until noon the next day. That's a 6 /18 intermittent fast.
