I started weight training five days ago , changed my types of food intake and I'm down 8 pounds !! Losing fat and inflammation! I am feeling great, sleeping better and have a lot more energy. I was hitting over 200 pounds and now Im out of that club. Goal weight loss is 65 pounds. 🙏🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘💫💫💫
I quit dieting at 51. Now I eat good, real food 2x a day. I strength train 3x a week and move daily. I sleep at 9, get up at 6. I spend time with friends and family every week. I've never felt better now at 56.
I'm 63 and I loved this podcast- it's never too late! I'm walking 2k with my dogs every morning. I'm doing keto and I'm down about 80 lbs! It's a whole new life and my brain and body is flourishing with this regimen! My legs are actually getting muscular now! It makes me want to do more so I'm going to try rebounding! Life is so much better with fitness!
Answered so many questions! I’ve been weight lifting for 4 months (5xweek) and eat 125 grams of protein and have dropped 3 dress sizes. I’ve also FELT my metabolism change. I can feel my body heating up. It has been amazing!
Mel I love you, you are the best. Please let your guest speak. I really want to hear them but you interrupt them way too many times. I am Adult ADHD and I really have a hard time following the experts when you interrupt them so many times love you though.
Mell, your guests are killing it! Thanks for introducing us to so many spectacular professionals.
Perfect timing, thank you! I'm 60, healthy, and weight appropriate, but a noodle in the muscle department. I just ordered a set of bands two days ago and excavated my treadmill for winter. I'm excited to have this new-to-me in depth information to keep me motivated. Here's to my muscle and me kicking butt for the next 45 years.
At 51 I am working to reverse aging and this makes perfect sense!
I have been weight training hard 2 X a week for 3 years and haven’t lost a pound. At 64 I barely get 40 grams of protein a day. This podcast was amazing and a huge eye opener for me! Thank you so much for all your love🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I am so addicted to Mel Robbins. I listen to you two times a day in the morning and at night
