Why all these negativity? If you don't like what Mel is saying, move on. I think Mel makes all these lessons and theories so simple, people are having a hard time believing it can be this simple. I love you Mel, and as for Nay Sayers, complainers: LET THEM

The meal prep for me was a game changer. After cooking my dinner every evening after work, extremely hungry and with a toddler pulling my leg, I had it. One Sunday while cooking the lunch, I had an ephifany. I will be in this kitchen for the next hour or so. Why don't I make 2 more meals, double the recipe, and cover diners for the rest of the week? So I have been doing this for over 6 years now. I cook only on Saturday and Sunday, and I have healthy seasonal meals 7 days a week. My husband even gets to take a few portions to work. Never has a meal been spoiled. Never has it been boring. By planning ahead, you have plenty of creativity and don't rely on what is in your fridge or pantry. You can get whatever you want. You can use local, organic, discounted, and more protein. You can be very intentional. Chicken once a week, one pork meal, one fish meal, one rice meal, one potato meal, one fermented meal... I plan the week ahead on Friday, shop ingredients on Saturday, and cook on Sunday. It is 2 hours at most for the meals to be completely done, and I am done sometimes even before breakfast, so I have the day free again. Game changer. People say freshly cooked meals are better, but you know what? What works for you is best.

My 10 Dump everything on paper , journaling Don’t put things down that you are not going to do , just do the top 3 for the day Plan healthy meals 10 min . A day fast walk with 10lb wieght 3-5times a week Time for rest & meditation Put the most important things on the calendar Carve out time for healing energy music - relax Take a Power Nap in the afternoon 15-20 min . Set limits on social media Bedtime deep breathing right before bed 20 - 30 . Then a short prayer of gratitude 🙏 Upon waking up another short prayer of gratitude 🙏 It’s going to be an awesome day ❤❤❤
