Love you, Mel!! I'm in North Texas, where a tornado outbreak is predicted for us today, and I am on the verge of losing it. A weather forecast finished playing on YT, and this one automatically came on next. It was a God moment! Doing box breathing as I type this out.❤

This is what I use now when I start to worry. Instead of “what if…” I replace with “even if…”.

Thank you Mel. yesss hard time with past mistakes and not revealing the pain it cost me for the past 45 years. now turning 68 and have done wonderful things with my life, just the past abuse hits you when you see manipulative men succeed.
