Eveyone in Switzerland has dementia
Im sat in the gym at 5am waiting for the sauna to open at 530am as this video came up in recommended. Talk about your phone spying on ya
I see a lot of people giving Paul a hard time because they can’t imagine people going above 200 degrees in a sauna. In the Slavic culture many of us have at-home saunas fueled by wood and we regularly go above 200. I personally have done sessions at 230-240 Fahrenheit. This information is insightful
Once I start to sweat, I do 15 min at 185f. Memory is better than ever.
I live int the arctic and sea-swim tree times a week. At the mo temperature is about 5 degrees C. Love it.
Do a video on infrared saunas.
I got an IR sauna recently—it’s honestly life changing. Everyone in the house uses it almost daily. One hour with full IR (NIR, FIR, and MIR) and Red Light at 155 feels amazing and rejuvenating—no meat on the balls—testosterone as strong as ever—I’m 47
Paul, 3 years ago I read your book..it changed my life . Carnivore over 3 years now. At 68 I am in almost the shape I was in in my 40’s when I trained everyday in martial arts . Diet, 5-6 days of resistance training, lifting, walking outdoors almost everyday…
