Third Story: This manager is a grown ass man acting this petty? I wonder what the personal problem he has that made him try to get OP fired over something as stupid as "stealing electricity" and then try to make a rule out of it...

This feels like the universe trying to tell me something because I'm in the process of moving apartments. Yesterday, my old landlord texted my fiancé being a dick because he got a call from code enforcement about an old futon that was left out with the garbage. Apparently it requires special pickup which is news to me and the 4 other units in our building because it's not ours. When informed, he apologized in a super condescending tone imo. He assumed because we're moving out that we are the ones who put it out there and if this was the only instance, I wouldn't be bothered but he has jumped our bums about everything and it's never us.You'd think after 3 years of compliance, consistent rent paid in full on time, and the fact that it's never us would mean something, but I guess not.

As a man who is in shipping and receiving and got fucking logistics dumped on me. Logistics is so goddamn complicated and such fucking bullshit and is *_100%_* its own full time job. I’m learning so much bullshit on the fly and shit I have no clue about that this is well out of my pay range.

Story 2: if anyone is looking for clarification, an ISF needs to be filed before the shipment departs origin and you have to file a customs entry before you're able to pick up from the port. You can't import anything without a customs broker so that guy is an absolute moron

if I was the living in the basement apartment, I would have said no you need to give me 24 hour notice to enter. Then, depending on the lease and how they respond to my initial no entry, I would tell them no you cant enter the next day because notice was not in writing. Make them sweat, so hopefully they realize its not a good idea to treat you like crap.

Portal story; I would give money to see the look on the manager's face when OP slid that form over to him. LOL Brilliant!
