*2nd Story:* If that "boyfriend" is serious about paying OP back, then it needs to be in writing. If he balks at a contract, then take him to court to recover the losses or straight to jail.

Expenses story: OP needs to file a police report and charge him for the theft, sue him for reimbursement. If he does jailtime, he deserves it. 😮

S2: I don't think that relationship can ever recover. I know I couldn't forgive something like that, especially because OP has worked her ass off for 2 years believing she'll be set afterwards. And he was lying to her all along...
