Story 2: I dont know if this is a “hot take” or whatever, but i’m a firm believer that naming your child a name that they will CLEARLY suffer through life with should qualify as child abuse…

If I see a current guy named Ted Bundy, my first thought would be "his parents either hate him, or r clueless"

If I had a nickel for every time someone wants name their kid Ted Bundy, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

Yeah… I believe for Story 1 the reason why Stuart was dating the sister was to get her cut off her family and do things to her behind doors. That the vibe I got from him, the bunch of things that he added to the list although granted it was an entire group of people but who knows how mentally damage he is.

In story one considering that OP’s sister says that she was scared for her own safety as well as her brother’s? I think that Stuart was throwing up some major red flags. I wouldn’t be surprised if Stuart started dating the sister on purpose to try and get close to OP so he could put him in the hospital like he tried to do in the pub that night. Stuart is clearly a deeply damaged person and he definitely needs therapy

Last story: Just the fact that a 16-year-old girl was willing to give up her big room and move to a smaller room, to make things work shows that The OP is mature beyond her years. Glad she chose herself and went to live with her mom. In the long run, I think it'll be better for everybody's relationship. Then another pregnancy?

Hanna moves in: "this made Hanna cry because she just wants her family to blend together nicely." No, she wants a 16 year old to be a babysitter on the weeks that she's there. She wants her responsible for the triplets so she can take a load off. op is being extremely reasonable with saying she'll move to the smaller room. The only reason they could have for thinking this is a good setup is they want her as a babysitter. Edit: so, either Hanna was trying to push Opie out amd got her way or wanted a babysitter. The fact that she hates her makes me think she wanted a babysitter and didn't get her way which is why she hates her. Also, it's 100% on the dad. His job is to protect his kid. He let his new wife come in and run his child out of his life

Oh yeah I think I've heard the "Ted Bundy" one here before, ya probably just forgot. Story 1: See, I can't be 100% mad at Stuart, from OP's list alone he got **BULLIED** hard and you can't easily recover from that, and I know a lot of people are like "I don't want that bastard to just walk away and live a happy life knowing what they did to me," but at the same time, this is one of those cases where the revenge wouldn't be worth it. OP didn't instigate anything, so if Stuart got what he wanted, he'd be tossed behind bars for assault (and maybe something additional), and that criminal record would wreck his future. Oh also, it's pretty clear that he's treating OP as basically a representation of ALL the bullying he got and that's why he's rattling off things OP didn't participate in Stuart needs a lot of therapy right now, because yeah his idea of revenge is only gonna hurt him more
