2nd story. The sister should get 12 minutes. 6 for the punishment, 3 letting her brother get undeserved punishment and 3 for not telling the truth herself. The parents should get at least 1-2 minutes. As OP mentioned, it wasn't really their fault for believing their daughter.

That asthma story really pisses me off, my brother almost died multiple times when we were kids due to severe asthma attacks. It's breathing! It's not optional!

The Vape story: OP said there is a strict NO-VAPE/SMOKE policy and the passenger just did it anyways. If the passenger just hold off for a bit he wouldn't get in so much trouble

Doctor and waitress story: NTA. As a former waitress somebody asked for the bill it literally takes all of 20 seconds to go to the computer, print the bell and then drop it at the table and then maybe another 20 to 30 seconds to run the card through your POS system depending how old or new it is. It should be less than a minute in total period your job as a waitress is to make the customer happy and also you don't know what the hell this person has to do or where do they have to go you can tell when someone's in a hurry. It's not your job to teach someone a lesson you think they need to learn because you think they need to learn some patience. You literally don't know what someone has to do. And had it been your family member in the hospital waiting for that doctor to get done you would have been happy that she just left too

"I'm a girl! It's gonna be worse for me!" Yeah, and your crime was worse. You not only had the party and lied, which is what your brother was punished for, you watched him go through the punishment and kept the secret for years, you never chose to come clean, you only apologized when the possibility of punishment was brought up, after the parents found out through a third party.

"I'm a girl", SO?! You lied, blamed your brother for it, and got caught! Now deal with consequences of your actions!

Restaurant surgery: " people are criticizing Op for not carrying cash." Like that was going to matter. She just physically would not bring him his check or cash him out in any way.
