No goals, no great 'life story', no special career, no bucket list, no perfection, no far travels, no fashion or consumption madness... just living the life you have. As good as possible, as courageous as possible, for all and everything. And experience what comes on your path.

I really needed to hear this today. He is 100% correct about meditation. My beautiful 16 year old died suddenly three years ago. I wanted to heal myself and found a teacher online. It has changed my life. I dread to think where I would be without the daily practice. Also, what he says about using the hard parts of grief and meditating on them. The micro practices make a huge difference to me: in the car, walking, in work. Please listen to this. It works. And I’m not fully healed and will never be but the self love and connection is everything. ❤ Thank you for this amazing podcast.

If you can't even take a shower without needing to listen to a podcast or video you should just start there. Just take a shower and pay only attention to what you are doing, without some distraction. There's your start to a meditation practice.

I spent 14 years in Asia. Buddhist for 20 years. Have battled a lifetime of trauma and addiction. Now live a life of peace. I'm back in the west and truly believe Buddhism is the best way to live. "Self" awareness and dissolution of ego is the way to true peace. 🙏 I lost my first child, suffered with lifelong trauma and 40 years of addiction. To name a couple of "highlights". We can all heal. 🙏
