Normal people don't measure bananas in "cups."
Interesting study. Reading this study, it was done on 8 and 11 males. This is a pretty big conclusion to make based on 20 men. Directly from the study design " The banana smoothie was prepared with 177 g of ripe, frozen bananas and 240 g of almond milk" They used frozen bananas in this study so does that not conflict with your recommendation to use frozen bananas to decrease the PPO activity in the banana?
