My husband takes Ozempic to control his diabetes. He has lost almost 25 pounds but his appetite is almost nothing. If he eats when he is not hungry, he is sick to his stomach. I started drinking Green Tea followed by decaf Coffee after a previous video where Tom talks about how to fight off visceral fat. I noticed my appetite dropped and I accidently started intermittent fasting. It all makes sense now
Basically, the best appetite suppressant is eating nutrient dense foods including meat and animal fat. If the body is getting the nutrients it needs, it won't be sending signals that it's hungry.

I used to be hungry all day while was eating " healthy" diet: tons of veggies, fruits, lean meat. After changing my diet to keto for 6 months, now carnivore for 14 months i am NOT HUNGRY! Steaks ( proteins with fat), ground beef, eggs, whole milk greek yogurt, salmon or sardines once a week. My hunger is gone, bloating ( i suffered for years eating veggies) is gone, hemorrhoids gone! People ask what cosmetics i use for my skin. I dont ad any psylium to my food to suppress appetite or hunger. Eat all natural foods and your body will tell you when you need more.😊😊😊
