I was shocked when I realized how blinded we are about health, after reading The Silent War on Health I realized how much I was missing. This book changed my life.
The discussion around Ozempic's effects on fat cells is fascinating. While its impact on weight loss is well-documented, understanding how it influences metabolic health at the cellular level is crucial. It’s always important to consider long-term effects beyond weight loss, including muscle preservation, insulin sensitivity, and overall metabolic function. Great insights in this video!
I have used it and 2 others and lost zero pounds
this happened to a friend who got weight loss surgery. Dropped a crazy amount of “weight” in the first year, but now 3 years later they’re getting closer to their original number, even on fewer calories. Overall strength as gone down, and they’ve said they don’t feel like they have the explosive energy to workout anymore. Just seems to me like that initial drop in weight was both fat and muscle, and now they gained back mostly fat and they’re at an age where rebuilding that muscle ain’t happening anytime
Love Ben! Thanks for another great video T.DL
Very good summary of both benefits and problems. Nicely done 👍
Sundays are good stuff my dogs love it
Thank you so much for explaining it so well!
Excellent and informative. Thank you both!
Thanks for this!
