I’ve been resistance training combined with daily incline walking for 30 mins on the treadmill for 8 weeks in a row now while in a deficit, eating my body weight in grams of protein and limiting fats & carbs and my bod pod scans show that I am continuously losing body fat and gaining muscle at the same time and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.

I’d love love to see the study design. By definition calisthenics IS resistance training.

I listen to youtube @ 2x speed, I've trained my ears, anyways at 2x it sounds like Thomas is talking to himself as Dr. Mike sounds like Thomas @ 2x speed lol
