Step away from stress out of the judgement zone, if you can reach that zone your focus is laser sharp because there is no ego in the now
I used to work out 5 to 6 days a week for years, granted the 6th day was just core and light cardio. But I cut down to four days a week and broke size plateaus I couldn’t at 5 to 6 days.
I wish I had prioritized my mental health when I started as a state trooper at 20. With 20 years in the line of duty, facing stress, the fight or flight response, unpredictable shifts, and constant danger, my body struggled to find a state of rest and recovery. Long-haul Covid challenged me, but I continue to strive for healing and renewal 4.5 years later.

Good interview! Dr. Joe Dispenza knows how much a good mindset does for the body. It should be the first thing we learn, not the last thing. And I'm still working on it, even at 71.
The real secret to longevity is mental state. Poor mental health promotes poor physical health. Social media promotes poor mental health. It eats away at your fears to make you need whatever it is they are partnered with or selling. Longevity is a fear based industry. Cultivate a calm mind. Calm minds see through transient illusions.
