Running comes very naturally to me. It’s my all time favorite exercise. I was never an athlete in school but I picked up running in my 20’s and I’ve been sold ever since. Nothing beats that mental clarity.
Because my Dad (Julius Marzul) was huge in the "Runner's Hall of Fame" (died 100 yds from the Finish Line), everyone assumes that I should run Marathons, as he did. Unfortunately, I have stage 4 Lipedema, ugh. BUT... I still do at least 3 miles a day, Yay! I really needed you guidance today, guys!!!

Running is very rarely taught in schools you either are a natural or you need training which there is none 98% of the time,this is very good info for sure!
