Here’s an easy-to-remember summary: 📌3 Stages to Reverse Fatty Liver & Boost Fat Loss Stage 1: Reduce Insulin Resistance & Inflammation – Cut sugar, refined carbs, and high-fructose foods (especially HFCS). – Skip carbs at breakfast. – Eat anti-inflammatory foods: garlic, onions, cruciferous veggies, berries. – Add omega-3s and C15 fats (like aged cheese). – Walk 150 minutes/week to reduce liver fat. Stage 2: Boost Fat Burning & Liver Regeneration – Increase protein and fiber for satiety and fat oxidation. – Practice intermittent fasting (start skipping breakfast/lunch). – Add resistance training every other day alongside cardio. Stage 3: Optimize & Maintain – Improve sleep quality—better sleep = less liver fat. – Follow circadian rhythm: eat only during daylight, consistent meal/workout times. – Do 18–20 hour fasts 2x/week with clean eating after. – Reintroduce healthy carbs slowly once metabolism improves.

As a T2 diabetic this the way I have been eating for years now. After 6 mouths of being diagnose i didn’t need meds anymore. My A1c was one of non-diabetic below 5.5 and i am not even talking about all the weight I lost and never gained back, the new found energy and the gone pain from the inflammation. It became a new way of life.
