Red lights and proper blue blocking glasses 3hrs before bed have been unbelievable in helping my sleep. This is the holy grail to actual, restorative sleep.

yep. 18 months of sleep deprivation with my son and 16 years later I never recovered. It's like a switch was flipped and no matter how dark the room there is light in my brain.
I haven't slept proper for years. I suffer with Restless leg syndrome and survive on very disrupted sleep.
