The Most Anti-Inflammatory Diet Ever Discovered (Best Foods Revealed)
Stacking Components for the Most Anti-Inflammatory Diet
Unlock sustained wellness by strategically compiling dietary components rather than adhering to a single restrictive framework. Learn how to layer essential animal proteins with targeted carbohydrates and potent spices to manage inflammation and optimize recovery.
Short Summary
- The optimal anti-inflammatory diet starts with a high-protein, low-carb foundation, resembling carnivore but intentionally enhanced.
- Incorporate specific carbohydrates (via sources like honey and berries) to stimulate necessary insulin spikes for recovery and combat cellular damage (DAMPs).
- Gut integrity is paramount; prioritizing repair through collagen, bone broth, and defined meal breaks ensures dietary efforts are not undermined by LPS leakage.
This approach strategically combines elements from elimination diets and whole-food consumption models to manage systemic inflammation effectively, focusing on specific nutrient timing and density over rigid macro restriction.

It's a bit strange that in US you all in for blueberry, but never talk about black currant which is much powerful than blueberry
Really cool, because that is pretty much my diet: ground beef, eggs, shrimps, beef liver, ruccula with olive oil, Provence spices and ginger, greek yoghurt with kefir, blueberries, pomegranates, honey and cinnamon, dark chocolate 86%. And dates if I really need a snack.
Thomas, you probably won't read this, but thank you! I really appreciate that you’re now providing the answers at the beginning of the videos. It makes me feel like I have the option to skip the rest if I want to. Also, the content (for me) has been of high quality over the past few weeks, so thank you for that!

Protein: 90% lean ground beef/bison Carbs: Honey (2 Tbsp) Blueberries Pomegranates (carb / antioxidant ratio is superb) Mediterranean spices: Rosemary Sage Thyme Capsaicin Ginger (also reduces appetite so that fewer calories are consumed) Gut health: Collagen Bone Broth Meat with gristle fasting to allow your gut time to repair
I love your scientific summaries to help us! Also Dr Shawn Omara recommends carnivore with fermented veggies/ sauerkraut for the microbiome. Plus Dr Davis recommends the specific strain of Lactobacillus Reuteri for gut health. We all help each other
I so appreciate your information. I have chronic injuries so its hard to keep in shape but learning about the right foods helps tremendously. Thank you again
I have really enjoyed the way you simplify and explain the new studys ect. Thankyou!
