After listening to Thomas for a few months, I now take 74 morning supplements and 42 in the evening! Ive remortgaged the house to cover the costs of course, but what's a house in this day and age.

Key Strategies for Mitochondrial Health: Exercise (The Most Effective Signal): HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Short bursts of intense effort encourage the growth of new, healthy mitochondria. Aerobic Exercise: Brisk walking, cycling, or swimming boosts the efficiency and density of mitochondria, particularly in the heart and muscles. Resistance Training: Building muscle mass preserves mitochondria as you age. Nutrition & Dietary Changes: Intermittent Fasting & Calorie Restriction: These methods promote mitophagy—the cleaning up of damaged mitochondria. Polyphenol-Rich Foods: Incorporate colorful, antioxidant-dense foods (e.g., berries, leafy greens) to reduce oxidative damage. Key Nutrients: Focus on foods high in Coenzyme Q10 (fish, organ meats), omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, and B vitamins. Coffee: Moderate coffee consumption may support mitochondrial function and heart health. Lifestyle Interventions: Improved Sleep: Adequate rest is essential for cellular repair and preventing chronic stress. Red Light Therapy: Specific wavelengths of light can stimulate the electron transport chain, improving energy production. Reduced Toxin Exposure: Minimizing exposure to pesticides, pollutants, and heavy metals protects against severe mitochondrial damage. Supplements to Consider: CoQ10 & Selenium: Support enzyme activity. Alpha-lipoic Acid, L-carnitine, and NAD+ precursors. Neurology Solutions For maximum benefit, combine consistent, moderate exercise with a diet low in processed foods to create a low-stress environment for your cells. Neurology Solutions Holistic Reversal of Mitochondrial Dysfunction - Neurology Solutions Metabolic syndrome can be worsened by lack of sleep, chronic stress, and an unhealthy diet high in processed foods and toxins. The Importance of Mitochondria & What Nutrients Support Their Health Intermittent fasting, calorie restriction, and a ketogenic diet improve ... I think he is getting his definition of viscosity backwards! Low viscosity would not be tacky and sticky; it would be thinner and more permeable.

there is a reason athletes "warm up" infrared cameras can see it. It's stoking the metabolic fire by basically using the bellows that are the lungs to feed it more oxygen. The increased heat in the muscles and extremities will raise the rxn rate of most metabolic pathways. most of this infrared is produced from within the system itself.

Higher viscosity is thicker not thinner
