It would be cool to see him rank these with the other mitochondria support supplements and give us like a tier list
How many supplements do we need to take? It's getting ridiculous.
The advice overload on here is crazy. We need a priority list bro.
Spermidine rich foods are primarily plant-based, with wheat germ, soybeans, legumes (peas, lentils, chickpeas), mushrooms, and aged cheeses (cheddar, parmesan) topping the list, along with whole grains, nuts, seeds, broccoli, and fermented soy products like natto.
IDK man, this world is winding down. Think I’ll just be happy.
Will check back in when he's 65 and see how he's getting on 😉👍😂
Put this on my long list with the other Thomas recommendations lol
Thank you Thomas for explaining how this can boost and improve our fasting.
I feel like rapamycin makes more sense since it also induces autophagy faster but without breaking ketosis the way spermidine would.
One giant advert. As beneficial as it may be, I'm overloaded bro
