I'm a big fan but I must say...sometimes all of this is exhausting. A dear neighbor from my childhood died recently at the age of 103. She didn't have a specific diet. In fact, she loved sweets and "chippies" and all sorts of things that make people gasp these days. She didn't wake up and cold plunge and then do red light therapy and then stress over a detailed diet and exercise regimen. She woke up and turned on music. She gardened every day. She constantly laughed and made us laugh. She had a fierce love and loyalty to her family and friends and religious beliefs. She read poetry under a tree every afternoon and then stretched out for a nap. She loved life and told us, even as kids, that stress is a useless feeling. Sorry for oversharing, but I clicked on this as I normally do and as I watched, I thought of her, and what is really meaningful.

been in survival mode for so long i forgot what it feels like to feel well. not just functioning, but actually well. the hidden herbs reminded me that healing doesnt have to be complicated. sometimes nature already gave us what we need, we just forgot how to use it

I was just searching the Internet about this. What I found was; 1. Boil your water. 2. Use an NSF rated water filter for drinking, showering, and washing your clothes. 3. Vacuum your home every couple of days. 4. Make sure your furnace/AC filter is changed out every month, and at least a Merv 8 rated filter. 5. Eating soluble fiber rich foods. 6. Wear cotton, linen or other natural fiber clothing. 7. Wear natural fabric shoes or leather with rope, cork or leather outer soles. (They have rope sandals as an example) 8. Use natural soaps and shampoo bars for bathing. 9. Use mineral deodorant. 10. Use natural fabric bedding. 11. Use borax for laundry. 12. Don't use cosmetics. 13. Don't use plastic containers. 14. Use natural fabric couch covers and vacuum furniture weekly and wash covers weekly. 15. Use glass containers to purchase bulk items in store. 16. Air filtering plants, such as snake plants, English ivy, etc, strategically placed throughout the home. 17. Use essential oils to deodorize home instead of products like febreze. That's all I found so far. 😂

Summary: The video discusses the discovery of microplastics in various human organs, including the heart, brain, lungs, and testes [03:04]. It highlights a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine which found polyethylene plastic particles in the plaque of 60% of participants, and PVC in 12% [02:10]. Smaller plastic particles are more easily absorbed into the bloodstream and tissues, similar to how nutrients from food are absorbed [02:50, 02:43]. Actionable Steps to Help Remove Microplastics: * Strengthen Gut Barrier: Consume collagen, bone broth, glutamine, and zinc [05:08]. * Avoid Certain Emulsifiers: Stay away from polysorbate 80, 20, and 60, as they might increase plastic absorption [05:59]. * Manage Stress & Exercise: Reduce stress and avoid excessive exercise, which can harm the gut [06:35]. * Increase Soluble Fiber: Eat more soluble fiber (like chia, flax, glucomannan) to help bind and remove fat-soluble toxins like microplastics [07:07, 07:50]. * Support Gut Microbiome: Consume fiber, apple cider vinegar, and prebiotics such as garlic [08:40]. * Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to aid kidney filtration and lymphatic system function [09:30]. * Boost Glutathione: Eat sulfur-rich foods (eggs, broccoli, garlic, onions) or consider supplements like NAC or ALA [11:35, 12:08]. * Limit Alcohol & Sugar: Reduce intake of alcohol and excess sugar, as they can lower glutathione levels [12:32].

Re: fibre and bile. Take Magnesium chloride in the morning with your fibre . It will induce a bile flush cleaning the stomach of excess histamines and plastics which all adhere to the fibre and leave the body.
