Thanks for all your contents Brother. I’m 56 on OMAD, ketone diet. Include 3-4 eggs on all my meals. Grass fed proteins, hard cheeses, vegetables, grass fed butter, olives, Virgin olive oils, GEE, coconut oil. 36-48 hour water Intermittent Fasting once per week starting Sunday evening. Last meal at 6PM Sun & Break fast at 7PM Tuesday. The benefits I got out of this is beyond belief. It has enhanced my health tremendously. I’m off my blood pressure medication, lost tons of weight, my muscles showing .. never knew I had. They were buried in all that fat for years…-God Bless🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’ve been following your videos for six years applying a ketogenic diet to reverse damages done by a brain injury that happened when I was 13 as well as losing over 120 pounds my last MRI showed that the brain injury has been healing. I could not be more thankful for your knowledge in your videos. Thank you, Thomas.
Appreciate any influencer that show’s transparency with what they teach. No one has a perfect formula. Thank you for all you do, and the updated fasting ideas

We need an updated intermittent and prolonged fasting video
I’ve been watching since 2019. I was 50 years old, 300 lbs and passed out from standing up too fast. I’m 220 and 55 years old now. I lift 3 days a week, I train jiujitsu 3 days a week and do mobility work and cardio a couple days a week. Thank you for the content
