I added TMG to my stack and agree, it helped me drop more weight.
I have been on TMG/NMN for three weeks now. I definitely feel rejuvenated. So far I am really liking it!
If you're on heart meds like spironolactone, entresto and you have heart issues TMG and Nad can make a electrolyte imbalance and causes significant palpitations with elevated heart rate if you have heart conditions like cardiomyopathy you don't want to have an elevated metabolism because it requires the heart to work harder

Super interested in learning how to take care of mitochondrial health. It does make a lot of sense how important they are to overall health when you deconstruct it
