In my opinion, videos such as this could be much shorter and to the point. I've said it before, and understand there is a 'team' of mouths to feed with income, but lengthy, in-depth videos are a turn off to many. Thanks for listening, and I DO appreciate much of the info contained.
At the lab: "Hey, mouse number 4, do 4 x 2 minute zone 4 efforts. Don't forget to put your Garmin mouse heart rate monitor on."
BJJ rolling for me is the best hiit style training, short periods of power, then slower pace....
I accidentally started doing this thinking im being lazy but the results are fast.
