No one is talking about how Tylenol depletes glutathione levels. Probably lots of different pharmaceuticals do too.
Glycine 10mg and NAc 1g combine with excersise
It's frustrating to me that people assume all Thomas is doing is pushing supplements. He's not telling you to take everything he talks about. He's explaining studies that are not meant for a layperson to understand. He's explaining how our bodies work, and how they use what was studied. Processes in our bodies need multiple vitamins, minerals, and other chemicals to function properly. You can get most of them from food, but if you need them, he explains clearly what supplements may help. I don't assume I need everything he talks about.
That study you mentioned at 13:09 is insane. We give one group what we think is good stuff. And we give the other group poison: maltodextrin. And surprise, the maltodextrin group did poorly. We are talking about dropping fat from a fatty liver, and they gave them maltodextrin which spikes insulin and blood sugar faster than table sugar. This of course, causes fatty liver.
Before I started taking 3g of glycine and 3g of NAC everyday my glutathione level was 193 ug/mL. Now it is 292.
Liposonal gluthathion. 6:26 rho nutrition - reduce mercury 5:46 NAC 600 mg Whey protien 1to2 scoops Glycine 2 to 3mg 5:46
Liposomal Glutathione is indeed very good, but it is *not* the only oral form that works. S-Acetyl Glutathione (SAG) and Liposomal Glutathione are BOTH high-bioavailability forms of glutathione, designed to overcome the poor absorption of standard, reduced glutathione. SAG offers *superior* stability and intracellular absorption (best for immune/brain), while Liposomal provides maximum rapid delivery directly into the bloodstream (best for systemic detox).
Thanks for the info and video. 👍
Helpful; thank you. I appreciate the food first approach but also what quality supplements are better than others and why. As always I really value the peer reviewed studies.
Every logic behind these biomolecule uptake are real . Thank you for explainable it with biochemistry .
