Practical Takeaway: 400mg-500mg supplemental magnesium daily. Forms: Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Threonate. Note: Make sure getting enough sodium and potassium so your body doesn't dump out magnesium. HIIT 2-3x per week (4 minutes exertion, 3 minutes rest). Go for walks in the evening. Intra-workout carbs during resistance training, a few times per week. Eat the majority of your daily protein in the morning. (75g-100g at breakfast) ACV before bed. (2 tbsp - 3 tbsp mixed with water) Glycine 3g before bed.

Don't forget you can ABSORB magnesium by soaking in it as well, by taking warm Epsom salts baths! Epsom salts is pure magnesium! It makes your body feel SO relaxed and brand new, easing muscle aches and joint pains... Your skin is the largest organ of your body, so it will absorb magnesium from the warm bath, which opens the pores & allows the magnesium in! I recommend a cup of Epsom salts minimum in a tub 2/3 full of very warm water. I put the salts in a pitcher, then add very hot water and stir until dissolved, then I pour that into the bathwater, and rinse the pitcher out well to get all the good stuff! But it will also make you sleep like a baby too if you take an Epsom salts soak an hour before bed! As an added bonus, if you have any cuts or abrasions, or even an area with a rash like eczema, this will help with that too! Much like the salt water in the ocean disinfects your cuts, this will too. It will sting a tiny bit for a few seconds but then you will be like "ahhhh".. I have seen outright miraculous things done with this stuff! I found a stray dog when I was a kid, whose leg had been caught in something, and it ripped the skin & meat off to the bone on the side of the leg just above the back paw getting it's leg out... We took it to the vet, who said all he could do was amputate. My Mom said no, we aren't doing that! We brought the little dog home, and Mom stuck it's leg down in a quart jar of warm Epsom salts water for about 10 minutes three times a day for about 3 weeks, until it began to heal over, then once a day for a couple more weeks... When we returned to the vet with the dog a couple months later, he was shocked! Even the FUR had grown back! He said "Are you sure this is the same dog? I can barely tell which leg it was!"... So yeah, Epsom Salts is A Great Tool For Your health Toolbox! Try it, you'll be hooked after just one soak, I promise! If also makes a good laxative, a teaspoon of Epsom salts in a small glass of warm water, drink two or three gulps, then just wait. It won't be long! I'd start with just a couple large sips until you see how it will affect you.!

The first time i took magnesium before bed, I felt as if the night hours stretched out, like when you're little and the night seems so long.... and then I dreamed that I was swinging in a hammock and there were flowers everywhere... when I woke up, I felt as if I'd been on vacation! 😮😅

You forgot about K2 which seems to be very important for D3 utilization as well.

I discovered peach cider vinegar which isn’t as “bitey” as ACV. It has become a daily beverage mixed in water with ice.
