I am 46 years old and training for a masters division amateur boxing tournament. I am cutting weight and all I eat every day is 1 pound of ground beef and a quarter cup of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of honey. Can’t believe how shredded I am at this age!❤❤❤ And one cup of raw goat, milk!

Been eating a pound of grass fed beef with 4-6 eggs from my own pastured hens daily for 6 months now. Started at 265lbs. 3-4 days lifting and daily walking on the treadmill at least 30 minutes. Down to 210 this morning! Beef is the way! 🔥💪🏼
