At least you didn't say "You gain more fat if sleep on your side" as I thought you were going to say by the thumbnail.

The biggest improvement in my sleep came from a air purifier in the bedroom.

The Spanish eat notoriously late, such as in not before 10 pm. They tend to be slim and are among the healthiest in the world

Never put your trust in one study. This holds especially true to things like we are discussing in this video. There are too many variables to consider to make the study in question relevant in any way other than suggesting further study needed on the area

Honestly, the habit of phone use in bed is such a game changer. Hearing how it ruins sleep quality and leads to fat storage at (10:22) was a total wake-up call for me. I'm definitely putting the charger across the room starting tonight to finally get some decent rest!

Thanks for the reminder to fix my sleep behavior. I know it for a long time and I don´t progress on the scale. Today I start to improve.

Hmmm maybe the old style of wake-up, git yer chores done, eat a solid breakfast, go about the day. Have the main meal "dinner" around 1-2pm then if you're hungry a lite supper 6-7pm. Done and relaxing by 9, food digested and in bed by 10pm. Pretty sure my great-grandparents(who ALL lived into their 90's) followed this schedule! No TV during meals and if the phone rang Pop-pop would say "let it ring, if it's important they'll call back!"

Also some of us live above the 55th parallel so that two minutes at sunrise and sunset are really going to mess with our sleep schedule 🫪
