Caffeine now makes me wake up really fatigued and need lots of coffee to be normal. I need vacations to detox from it.

coffee is addictive, it’s a ritual for me, i drink it black.. but i’m cutting it out slowly..as i dont feel good when i drink more than 2 small cups.. our ancestors long time ago never drank coffee so technically we probably shouldn’t.. but again.. not trying to change peoples mind here.. everyone decides for themselves whether to drink it or not. have a great day anyways with or without coffee!

I recently tried decaf and it’s a nice touch! Has less caffeine than green tea even.
