I love how you are incorporating more to your recommendations; however, clarifying for us Keto lovers how some fruits may not work for us would be helpful. Healthy Keto has been amazing for me by eating whole foods and limiting the GMO sugar pumped fruits.

Instead of fruit eat vegetables, way less sugar. Berries are also a better option than fruit, with a better nutriant/sugar ratio.
